Speak Up! — Course Overview
Speak Up! is a public speaking course for young learners focused on building genuine confidence through practical speaking activities in a supportive online setting. Students learn to structure presentations, use their voice effectively, connect with audiences through body language and eye contact, and manage nerves. Each session uses the Glow and Grow feedback model, highlighting strengths and one area for improvement.
The course concludes with the Big Speak: a 3-minute presentation where parents are invited to join. By this stage, students have gained experience in various speaking environments, making the final presentation an achievement.
By the end of Speak Up!, your child will have actively participated in public speaking, realizing their voice is worth hearing and earn a certificate to show their achievement🙂.
